Smaller items will be packed and sent free of charge within 5 days using royal mail and usually signed for.

Free local delivery on most items to EX postcodes

We are based in Mid Devon and offer free delivery to EX postcodes on MOST of our products. We will give you a call to arrange up a convenient day & time.

Free Delivery

Orders over £1,000 will be delivered free of charge.

Specialist Courier Service

Delivery to most of mainland UK is charged at a flat rate of £50.

Delivery to areas further afield such as Scotland is £80.

We use a specialist courier service. Once you have placed your order we will book the courier and send them your address / contact details. The courier will then contact you directly (within 2-10 working days) to confirm a date/time-frame for the delivery.  Delivery may take up to two weeks from date of collection.

Deliveries are usually carried out by one person, so some assistance may be required at your end please. Please advise us if you have any special requirements (i.e. if you need a two-person delivery, or help upstairs to another floor) and we will try our best to arrange this for you (please note that we may have to charge more for these extra services).2

If no one is available at your delivery address to receive the goods, we will send you an email message explaining how to rearrange delivery, or you can collect the Goods at our trading address.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you require an item urgently and we will do our best to accommodate.

Arranging your own Collection

You can arrange to pick your items by appointment from EX21 5HX. If packing is required we will make a charge. 

If arranging your own courier, we strongly advise using a firm specialising in vintage furniture transport, with Goods in Transit insurance. Please contact us if you would like any recommendations.

Note that we do not accept network carriers.

All your furniture is properly packaged and wrapped for it’s journey and we make sure to photograph each shipment before it leaves.

We cannot hold furniture for extended periods.

International Delivery

We are happy to deliver overseas but would ask that you contact us prior to purchasing to discuss.
