Gunther Hoffstead

Gunther Hoffstead was an accomplished Danish born designer who had a successful design studio in Piccadily in London in the 1960’s and 1970’s.

Gunther Hoffstead is best known for his designs for Uniflex who were a British furniture manufacturer active from the 1950s to the 1980s. Hoffstead was one of several designers who worked for Uniflex and helped to shape the company’s distinctive modernist style.
